Yes! There are fresh flavors to be found in the range of Jitsk Chocolates. Chocolatier Jitsk innovates this winter with pralines that he calls simple and pure, but he also draws inspiration from world cuisine.
A praline with a Mediterranean touch consisting of milk chocolate and ganache, flavored with rosemary and Fleur de sel. Rosemary is a herb that is traditionally found in savory cuisine, but it goes particularly well with chocolate. It has a fresh, slightly sweet taste. The sea salt tempers the sweetness and gives it a different flavor.
This elegant milk chocolate praline is filled with marzipan. Jitsk refines the traditional marzipan considerably by replacing some of the almonds with roasted sesame seeds. The result: a deliciously creamy praline with a full, nutty taste.
The inspiration for this dark chocolate praline comes from Indonesian cuisine. The base of the filling? A mixture of lemongrass, galanga (a kind of ginger) and chili pepper that Jitsk braises and then doused in coconut milk. This makes for a delicious filling with a caramel-like structure. Jitsk Chocolates uses 100% cocoa instead of chocolate. That gives the praline more punch and depth.
A praline that reminds you of the colorful streets of India with a spicy filling that is fruity at the same time. A fresh, sweet, spicy praline surrounded by dark chocolate.
